Equibody takes a completely different approach to exercise. We are equestrians, so we have to train differently!

Our 90 Day Supple Rider System teaches your muscles to strengthen their stretched positions, allowing them to become soft, supple and toned… Instead of tight, stiff and rigid.

With our personalized workouts, you’ll have the core strength and hip suppleness like the pros. Here’s how we do it:

First we look at assessments of your movement and riding, then we customize your workouts to that.

Once you have your workouts, we analyze your form videos from every workout and give you feedback on each exercise, to help you progress and stay safe!

Then each week you’ll have a call with your coach, to check in, encourage and help keep you heading in the direction of better riding.

The point of this coaching is so that we can come alongside you and help you learn the tools to be able to maintain suppleness and strength on your own. As riders, our sport requires our bodies to work well, we just show you how to do it and make it easy!

Where can I learn more?

We’re very selective in the clientele we work with, because it’s so 1 on 1 focused. We only work with the riders that we truly feel we can help. So we do a free consultation to help determine if we’d be a good fit to work together, and if not, we’ll point you in the right direction!

We are currently full! We are in the process of hiring and training a new coach to be able to serve more riders.

  • A big part of our success is making strength and flexibility measurable, so you can progress. Due to that, we use weights as a tool. The best results and the cheapest way is to use a gym membership.

    But! If not a gym, we recommend investing in these items. With these we can substitute the exercises.

    • An incline bench

    • Adjustable dumbbells

    • Resistance bands for pull ups

    • A door frame pull up bar

  • It depends on your schedule! Usually it’ll be between 3-5 workouts per week, ranging from 45-75 minutes per workout :)

  • 6 months! The goal is to get your body feeling soft and supple, to help you break through your big struggles.

  • Yes!!! We want this to be absolutely risk free for you. We believe so wholeheartedly in how much you’ll love these workouts, if you’re not happy for any reason in the first 30 days, we’ll give you all your money back.
