The Role
Are you a human movement expert who wants to work with riders around the world? Imagine a role where you’re not just helping people move and feel better, but helping them improve their abilities as a rider, their communication with their horses, and their overall equestrian goals- all from the comfort of your home.
As a coach with Equibody Fitness, you’ll work with riders to improve their mobility, biomechanics, strength, and proprioception by assessing their movement and riding, building personalized plans, and coaching them 1-on-1 to reach their individual goals.

Renewal:
After creating momentum and trust by helping clients hit their initial goal, help them see the next level of what’s possible in their riding journey.
Guide them into the continued phase of their training so they can keep improving their strength, mobility and confidence in the saddle.
Team Support & Framework Development:
Design, test, and refine exercises to help clients hit their goals faster, integrating these into our processes and playbooks.
Collaborate with and support other team members as we all work towards developing the best fitness practices for riders.
Create Early Wins & Progress:
Guide clients through their training so they feel tangible improvements in their body and riding within a few weeks.
Build confidence, momentum, and trust through clear communication and consistent, actionable feedback
