Jack LaTorre

Jack is a Grand Prix dressage rider, fitness coach, and a dog dad! His primary focus is to be the best rider that he can be, and he simply uses fitness as a tool to do that. Once he found he was able to use his background in fitness to improve his riding, he wanted to share that with the equestrian world.

He focuses on toned strength, mobility and flexibility, specifically to improve riding. He believes wholeheartedly that we equestrians should be as good of athletes as our horses, but he’s passionate about teaching, so he shares the information to help riders do just that.

“Dressage is like physical therapy for horses… We should be using the gym to do the same… To help our bodies feel and move better, that way we can communicate more clearly in our riding.”

When he’s not riding or working, Jack studies psychology at Liberty University and is usually with his french bulldog.
