Equibody was started to help the equestrian learn to be both strong and supple. We’re deeply passionate about teaching fitness and we offer all the tools to help you learn and progress, no matter your fitness level. It’s an absolute necessity for us (equestrians) to hold ourselves to the same athletic standards we hold our horses to; and our program helps you do that in a way that’s safe, sustainable, simple and enjoyable.

Elite Mobility Training is the workout plan that Jack created specifically to improve his own riding. Once his flexibility and mobility improved, his tightness in the saddle went away. It was then that he wrote it all down and created regressions so anyone could start. The workouts create functional strength to increase range of motion, mobility and suppleness through the body.
